The mission of New Century Institute is to promote and provide leadership
for substance abuse prevention, treatment and other behavioral health
care professions in the State of Florida and the United States.  The
Institute shall accomplish its mission through service delivery, training,
policy development and analysis, research and advocacy.  The Institute's
members shall adhere to the highest ethical standards and shall provide
services that will serve as models of "best practices" in their respective
fields.
